Q. What do customers see WebCoupons?
A. When a customer visits a business' webpage, he/she sees the coupon summary with the latest offer on top. What follows is how a coupon summary looks like for a fictional restaurant (Bonafide Restaurant) who decided to put the summary along side with its menu:
If the visiting customer has an interest to one of the offers, he/she can click the offer to review the detail of the coupon. This will bring the visitor to WebCoupon website, with links pointing back to the business' site. What follows is the full coupon list
At the coupon detail page, customer can request the coupon be sent via email. This step achieves two objectives: the customer receives the coupon on this phone or personal computers. He/she also leaves an email address which can be used in future marketing activities:
Q. Can I publish WebCoupon to internet locations in addition to my website?
A. Yes, you can.
Liquibil has seen the trend that businesses are presenting themselves on Internet in a multi-media/platform way. Therefore, WebCoupon is designed to publish coupons to various internet locations: websites, social media pages such as Facebook, Pinterest, Google+ Local etc.
Since each platform has its own "preferred" format for easy-publication, WebCoupon has prepared WebCoupon in various formats:
If you have any requirement in terms of formats of your WebCoupon assets, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. What is the "Proofreading Service"?
A. Proofreading is a service to give business owners a "second pair of eyes" for their coupons' texts. WebCoupon staff, whose first language is English, and who are US college-educated, will read the coupon's text, and make suggestions to improve the language without altering the original meaning of the coupons.
Q. When a customer requests a coupon be sent via email, will the email ID be collected?
A. Yes, the email ID will be forwarded to "Business Contact Email", and be stored in WebCoupon database. A business can request the list of all emails to which their coupons were sent.
